City Gourmet has expanded their team with chef Michael Davis! Chef Davis has over 22 years of experience in the kitchen, beginning as a Sous Chef, advancing to Executive Chef and General Manager. He worked and trained under highly acclaimed chef and restaurateur Toni Pias. He was the Executive Chef for Erie Insurance Corporate Dining Facility, where he was responsible for menu planning, plus as executing daily corporate dining and catering events. He served as the Executive Chef at Presque Isle Downs and Casino, running three outlets, casual dining, buffets, and fine dining as well as catering and event business. He has even catered for minor league baseball before and after all their games! City Gourmet has wanted to work with Chef Davis for years and is delighted to finally add him to our team!
