\MONDAY, APRIL 28 – Crab Quiche or broccoli and ham, fresh fruit salad, two cookies and a medium drink.
TUESDAY, APRIL 29 – Spinach and chicken cannelloni served with a tossed salad, roll and butter.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30 -Tilapia topped with creamy tomatoes and spinach, served with Basmati rice, roll & butter.

THURSDAY, MAY 1 – Open face hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes and green beans.

FRIDAY, MAY 2 – Fish fry served with macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and a medium fountain drink.

PIZZA OF THE WEEK- melted tomatoes with Sopresata and cheese.

GRILL SPECIAL-Grilled eggplant, zucchini, roasted red peppers, provolone cheese, basil mayo on an Italian roll.

PANINI OF THE WEEK- Grilled chicken with melted tomatoes, provolone cheese in a choice of wrap.
