MONDAY, May 20 -Fajita Bar:Two fajitas with your choice of chicken or beef with all the toppings served with Mexican rice and a medium fountain drink.

TUESDAY, May 21 -Baked Penne ala Crosby: Penne marinara, ricotta, basil and marinara served with a side salad and garlic bread.

WEDNESDAY, May 22 -Beef Pot Roast: Slow cooked and served with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, gravy and a roll.

THURSDAY, May 23 -BBQ Chicken: Bone-in chicken served with baked beans, coleslaw and corn bread.

FRIDAY, May 24 -Fish Fry served with macaroni and cheese, side of coleslaw and a medium fountain drink.
